The sunset tours are fabulous and great for kids. Very interactive and informative. Prepare to see dolphin and all kinds of birds. Kids love the small museum with live sea creatures!

We really enjoyed the Dolphin Excursion this afternoon. Traci did an excellent job of educating us on the native birds and wildlife in the Indian River Estuary. It was so peaceful! We enjoyed hearing about the mangrove trees and oyster beds. Seeing the manatee and...More

Besides many of the other comments, it is a great place to go on a kayak tour of the estuary. They run 1 or 2 hours and launch right from the Center with a guide. You also can launch your own Kayak at the Center

This was the 7th year that our grandchildren have enjoyed the summer program at Marine Discovery Center. It is fun, educational and definitely worth the experience. In addition, our family has enjoyed the evening boat trips around the inter coastal waterway.

We took the 6:30 to 8:30 ecological boat tour and saw lots of birds getting back to their nests for the nite. Saw many dolphins. Nice time of the day for a July tour.

I highly recommend the Marine Discovery Camp for kids. The teachers were committed to teaching the kids in a way which was fun and entertaining. The camp was worth every penny and my son will definitely be coming back next year.
