Found this quaint Railroad Museum to be full of artifacts dating from the 1940's and later. It was informative and eye opening as well. With lots of train cars (2), a caboose and rail car to see. The outdoor railroad and miniature railways were fun to see.

The holiday display was outstanding, and the volunteers had great information about the model trains. I have been there at non-holiday times also, and my grandkids loved walking through the real train cars. The garden railway is a nice set up.

This was the highlight of our grandson's week from the age of 1 to 3! We went every Friday so that he could view the miniature trains in the wheelhouse, ride the big outdoor train, go into the real train, and explore the depot. The model train enthusiasts were always kind to us and so enthusiastic about his interest, it... More

I loved the railroad sounds and the opportunity to walk into several of the railroad cars. The hobby railroad area was fascinating - if it wasn't so hot in there, I would have stayed for hours looking at all the tiny scenes.

My wife and I found it by accident while camping in Blackwater River State Park in 08. We joined the East Coast Garden Railway Club shortly after our first visit. Besides the Milton Depot Museum there is a building with a tremendous HO gauge layout that is open to the public on Fri. and Sat. each week. Across the road... More

A very enjoyable "walk down memory lane" about trains in the Florida Panhandle, in the Florida swamp. There is a special section of train track beside the train station that "click-clacks" whenever the wheels of a train rolls over it. A true piece of nostalgia of a by-gone era. My son especially enjoyed the different model trains on display being... More

Well worth the time to stop in and check this place out. Though a small collection; it is very informative in it's nature. There are several buildings to wander through and would be fun for any age.

The old depot has numerous artifacts used with Rail Roads. There are old train cars and several buildings to look in. But the very best part is the model train set up in a garden at the back of the lot. It is great. There are more beautiful layouts, more perfect buildings but this one is fun. Godzilla stands atop... Have visited on two different occasions. It's a small collection of local railroad memorabilia in an old railway station. It doesn't take long to see it. It is an excellent location for nostalgic photo shoots, especially with the vintage railroad cars.
