At first glance, the £5 garden fee on top of the Croome fee is a step too far - but trust me, it's worth every penny! About 300 yards from the main car park, and the gardens are on a slope, so may not suit...More

The walled gardens have limited opening days/hours within the National Trust's Croome Court grounds so best to check before you travel and the entrance cost is extra for all, even NT members. The grounds are well laid out with easy going slopes for wheelchair users...More

Well worth paying the extra to enter the walled garden - only £5 per adult - children are free. There are the most stunning flowers, take a walk through the underground tunnel in the greenhouse, there is a lovely pond and chickens roaming about. The...More

Visited an exhibition in the garden's visitor centre. There is a separate charge for the garden as it is not part of the National Trust property.

Came over for the day to visit Croome. Identified at entry that the walled garden was extra. We walked past it once as we have seen many walled gardens but came back to have a look. Cheerfully greeted at the gate and as we walked...More

Really enjoyed our visit to what is apparently the largest Georgian walled garden in the country. Amazing story about the couple who bought the plot about 19 years ago, I think, to build their dream house, but then discovered what a gem they had and...More

Such a peaceful place to visit with extensive grounds. The only disappointment was not being able to access the tea shop in a scooter. They did have some sort of a lift but no on knew how to operate it.More

Hi, thanks for your review, although I’m assuming that these comments were meant for National Trust Croome. I’m not sure if you visited the privately owned walled gardens as we don’t have a tea shop. We hope to welcome you into the gardens sometime in...More

Hi, we have new paths laid to allow wheelchair access around the gardens and disabled toilet facilities are also available. Sorry if we've responded to your question too late as we have only just seen this.
