Honestly, I don't get why people found this street is worth a visit. Maybe my experience was clouded by the work in progress. Architecture was nice and there were a few restaurants and cafes.

This is a good place to stay where there are many nice restaurants with outdoor/indoor seating. I stayed in a boutique hotel on the street and found I didn't need to go much further to find great food in a lively atmosphere. Just a few blocks away there are many great shops and other restaurants. Its a short walk to... More

Many good restaurants. Havana 1957 (a Cuban restaurant) and a Mexican restaurant are very popular eateries in Espanola way. Also there are many other restaurants when you walk down that road. Road is closed to vehicles (at least currently). But you can find paid street parking nearby.

Wished we had more time to check this area out. Off the drag of Ocean Dr. Variety of shops and restaurants. Must do in South B3.

Due to ongoing construction work it wasn't busy at lunchtime. Definitely will go back next time in Miami. Looked very nice and would look lovely at night when all light up.

It appears the street has been torn up. The sidewalk is a mess. While staying at the Clay two different people fell. One ended up with broken arm. Most businesses seem to be open. If you would like to come this way please be careful.

This little pedestrian walkway was discovered years ago, so there is some amount of tourist trap feel toward Washington. Food a little over rated and a little over priced. What I would suggest is walk past all that to the next block on Espanola Way. There is a super place called Tapas y Tintos. I have been going since they... More

In the evening the lighting, sounds and smells all inspire romance! My favorite area in South beach!
