Wynwood
About
A foodie’s and art lover’s haven, Wynwood is one of Miami’s liveliest and most walkable districts. It is home to craft breweries, authentic Puerto Rican cuisine and dozens of nightclubs, making it one of the busiest areas of the city after sunset. Wander through the colorful streets to view enormous murals and stop by the Wynwood Walls and the Museum of Graffiti if you’re a fan of street art. You can also visit The Margulies Collection to wonder at bold contemporary creations. A food and art tour is a great option to learn more about the area’s vibrant culture from a local. – Tripadvisor

    Eclectic
This artsy neighbourhood is known for its bold evocative art on building facades, walls and the like. Sometimes the messages on these hand painted murals are a little obtuse and even dark, but the skill and talent is undeniable. The art is found on several city blocks and is considered the highest concentration of street art anywhere in the world. Within this area is an outdoor museum Wynwood Walls that has many contemporary artists exhibited. There is also a Wynwood Walk that takes people on walking tours and explains what they are seeing. Nowadays, this area has become very trendy with many fashionable shops, galleries and eateries locating here.

Perfect for art and food lovers
The area is just fabulous for lovers of street art with the heart of it Wynwood Walls which is an outdoor/indoor art gallery. On the weekend there is a market with food from all around the world and the perfect place to pass away the day. It is a great area to visit if you are in Miami

Interesting and color area for lots of reasons
The are in general is more interesting and valuable for a visit than the Wynwood Walls themselves, however the walls are worth the $12 ticket simply because of the great exhibit/galleries inside. Lots of places to grab a bite and little shops, some designer, some are not, but feels very urban, flowing and ever changing. I recommend the museum of graffiti, I learned a lot. Definitely would come back

Excellent art themed destination in Miami. It is only $12 to enter the art exhibit- Wynwood walls. We highly recommend this experience- takes about an hour to see. There’s also graffiti areas in the area we saw on a tour that were amazing.

Cool neighbourhood. Enjoyed looking at the street art. Didn't have enough time time to go into the walls but there was plenty of art outside.

NOTICE THAT THE LEAD RATINGS OF "4" DATE FROM 2018. SIX YEARS OLD.
Wynwood is rapidly becoming an area of massive development of high rise block apartment buildings. It has suffered the fate of other districts of charm created by artists -- first, the artists come, offer their work for sale, and create cafes This brings a lot of foot traffic to experience the charm.and buy the art What could go wrong?

In the last four to six years, the district has become an ocean of high rise residential construction. We -- tourists -- destroy what we love.

NOT WORTH THE TIME AND EFFORT TO GET THERE.

We absolutely loved the Wynwood area and spent a full day wandering the streets and taking in the huge amount of street art. There were interesting shops and nice, trendy cafes to be found.

Wynwood is cool! Love the food and culture here! But the weather can be a bit humid in the summer! Be sure to pack some sunscreen!
