I visited the spa at Bal Harbor! Smells great! Super clean, did a barre class that was great and the teacher awesome! Went to the beach and had lunch at their restaurant too! Great place to spend a couple of hours!

Was in town on business and Exhale happened to be right across the street from my hotel. I LOVED the barre class. The studio is super chic and the class itself was challenging. I wish I had a studio near me!
