This beautiful winter home of James Deering is not to be missed. The mansion was constructed during World War One and resembles an Italian palace. It is filled with priceless antiques and entire rooms taken from European palaces. I recommend purchasing the audio device for...More

We had been wanting to tour Vizcaya for many years and found it well worth the effort to get there. In spite of having been affected by Hurricane Irma, not much damage was evident. Because of time, we only toured the first level of the...More

The pictures others have posted don't lie, there is a real beauty and depth of architecture in both the house and the grounds. If you've never been to Europe this would be a wonderful experience to tour this estate, it really does have the feel...More

It was delightful strolling around the gardens with their sea views. Having access to nearly all rooms of the house was a real bonus and a tour guide is not really necessary as there are information boards in all the rooms. The staff are most...More

This is the most beautiful place to go in Miami maybe because it doesn't look like Miami at all, it's the baroque, Italian lush that was well built and wonderfully decorated. It's the tropical chateau du Versailles. Breathtaking.

Vizcaya was on our list of things to do. We arrived here earlier in the day and parking was abundant and there were not many people here. The entrance price is very reasonable. I've spent 4 times more going to other similar attractions around the...More
