This is a beautiful mansion, grounds and setting on the ocean. Well worth the stroll. AC inside home makes for a pleasant respite. Grounds are exquisite. Better to do in the morning to avoid the heat of the day.

This estate and mansion, one of the holiday homes of a bachelor, rich industrialist, is an example of vulgar display of wealth. It is fashioned on large European stately homes and crammed with priceless artifacts that should be in state museums of those countries.

Always great to see the mansions of yesteryear and the history of where a lot of the furnishings and building materials actually came from. Gardens still recovering from last Septembers hurricane but worth a visit!

It was a busy day, but still had room to explore. Parking seemed to be a bit of a challenge but the house & gardens were worth the visit.

Designed and built in the early 1900,s inspiration from Italian mansions. Unbelievably large area, gardens though without so much flowers, more plants that enjoy near saltwater. Exposed to hurricanes with its location, repair in progress for destruction from the last.

Just a stunning monument to what money and taste can create (not that money often does that!)! A gorgeous summer mansion on Biscayne Bay created by James Deering (International Harvester fortune) in the early 1900's. Many items brought from Europe, others crafted to look like...More

This is a really aesthetic architecture. Each of the rooms were designed in different styles. I was impressed that Vizcaya has its own port! I saw many couples shooting photos there. We followed their steps and took many great photos, too.😊
