Be sure to read the fine print in the "check in" information. I bought this trip for 5 people including my father who is 83 years old and my teens. We were looking forward to the trip. We showed up before the boat departure time. And we even called as soon as we got near the location and asked for clarification on directions because arriving there is easy, but finding the boat proved to be very difficult. We parked the car and had difficulty finding the boat location which difficult to get to especially with my 83 y.o dad. In fact it is so confusing they send you a map which causes more confusion! We called several times and let them know we were there trying to find the place and by the time we found the place they "did not wait for us". I asked if they could get us on another excursion another day and they said yes but never called us back! For those of you considering this excursion... get there at least 1.5 Hr ahead of time so you can find the place, or they will leave you and not give you a refund!…

We had a great time and will definitely book again our next time in Miami. Friendly and informative Captain and Co-Captain, fun water toys, decently priced drinks & beautiful scenery, overall a good experience. Definitely arrive 30 minutes ahead tho!

Loved this! The captains were super friendly and funny! Due to monument island being closed we went to picnick island and it was beautiful and relaxing with great spots for pictures! Overall really enjoyed using all the water toys and spending time with the crew and other passengers. 10/10 would do it again!…

super fun trip! was with my family, and it was very nice! very informative, but not boring, the guys running it were funny and super kind, and they also took us to a white sand private island that was beautiful! highly recommend!

I had high expectations because the reviews were so good for this activity. The captains were okay, not especially friendly or funny. The activities were okay. Please keep in mind that the island is closed due to COVID! We were not notified of that beforehand so that kinda was a waste of money..…

Thank you for your feedback. We have a new captain and he is just getting used to his new role. The island is frustrating since it is arbitrarily closed some days and open others. We hope you were still able to use all of the water toys, kayaks, paddleboards, etc... Please contact us so we may book you on one of our other trips that you may find more enjoyable.
