We enjoyed our visit to this lovely park and we especially enjoyed touring the historic home there. Our docent guide was very knowledgeable not only about the house but also the history of the area.

We take a picnic there several times a year. It is 1/3 mile arund the lake, picnic tables are located throughout the park. The lake has many different birds and ducks.

Nice small Farmers market that includes local honey, vegetables, baked goods. The lake is teeming with wildlife and is a good place to walk anytime. Great little walk for kids and dogs.
