Had the most amazing experience at FunSpot. We will definitely be back. We went for my son’s birthday. Everyone was sweet and accommodating. Crowds were not busy. Maria Collins at the front was so sweet, she stuck out to me as someone that goes above and beyond to make sure the guests were happy. Tim and Chloe (park managers on October 7th, 2023) were two people my family interacted that day, they were very wonderful as well.

This was my first time here, but my family second time here and it was the best. Vivian gives the greatest service, and her drinks are one of a kind and I mean it. I only went back four times lol. She is located inside of the FUN SPOT. The kids love it here and all the prices are right. If you are looking for a reasonable family fun, come here you don’t want to miss it. Thanks again Vivian! I almost forgot about the funnel cake. Let’s just say I was speechless.

I go to Funspot quite often since I have season passes, however I had never had an experience like I did when I went last week. Marie Collins was amazing, she has such a contagious personality and all I could do was laugh, smile, and have a good time!! I absolutely love her, she even explained all the benefits of my season pass which allowed me to fully take advantage of it and treat my friend to an amazing time at Funspot. I know my day is going to be 100x better when I go back and Marie is there. She’s literally representing funspot in all the best ways. Make sure to go see Marie Collins when you visit Funspot, the Orlando location specifically. She turns a visit into a lasting memory.

This is a great place for kids. My kids always have a fun time. we went to both the Orlando and Kissimmee locations. I was also very appreciative of the nice service of Kathie in Kissimmee who went out of her way to make sure one of my girls were comfortable on the carousel. Will def come back next time I’m in Kissimmee.

The service was excellent.. MS. Marie Collier was so pleasant & helpful!! From Chicago & Orlando was amazing .. my grandson's 9th bday was awesome @ Fun Spot!! We will return he really had so much fun!!

I loved this place. Especially go karts and some of the rides. Definitely try Galaxy Spin and Mine Blower while you're there. But my favorite was Hot Seat, which is a big scream n' swing. Shoutout to Milton for doing an excellent job checking everything. Will be back!

We have been coming to Fun Spot/Old Town for over a decade and have always enjoyed ourselves. On our last trip we met Damian, who serves the food and drinks inside the arcade, and he was such a breath of fresh air after a hectic day at the theme parks with less than pleasant employees! He was very friendly and answered all our Fun Spot related questions, and makes a fantastic frozen margarita! If you come to Fun Spot I'd highly recommend popping in to see him. Thanks Damian! We will for sure be back. *Also wanted to mention Dan, who tirelessly works keeping the arcade clean. Very sweet as well!

I had a phenomenal time with my family at the Orlando Fun Spot. I was well taken care of by 2 phenomenal team members of the fun spot. The first one was Marie Collins at the ticket section. I bought an annual pass from Kissimmee location to find out they messed up the pass in so many ways and she fixed it all for me. Then Yonita was another phenomenal team member who made sure my kids had a lot of fun on the rides and maintained safety standards like no other. Fun Spot please make sure you reward these team members for their representation of excellence.
