    Great Experience
    We had a fantastic time in Key West. There is so much to do and fun to have. Everyone was polite and sincere. We stayed at the Grand Guesthouse which exceeded our expectations. The staff was like family, always there for you. We will definitely be back.

    Great photo opportunity!
    Another great photo opportunity in Key West! We actually stumbled upon this by accident while walking around! We drove down from Miami so it was cool to see mile zero after driving on US 1 for so many miles!

    Another of the must do's in Key West. And we did.
    A cool spot for a phot and just one of those things you should do if you go to Key West. We walked by it once and nobody was there. We hunted it down the next time we walked by. We have also gotten photo's of the other end in Maine.

Great destination. For the end of the road. Off of Duvall street a block. Not a busy. Area when we went. But I would assume it gets busy certain times of the day.

It’s an interesting and famous landmark that takes minimal effort to visit due to its location, lack of a line, and free price tag. If you visit key west and don’t take a picture with mile marker 0 you didn’t have a complete vacation.

Difficult to find.. plus construction had the intersection all torn up!

Not really much to it other than getting to take pictures of the beginning of US 1 and the end of US 1.. the construction made it difficult to get pictures!

We were walking casually down Whitehead Street away from Mallory Square and quite literally bumped into this sign. I was chuffed to see that we had stumbled on the very start of Highway 1 which spans ca. 2.400 miles up close to the Canadian border near Fort Kent in Maine. It was very similar to the feeling I had when my son & I stood on Santa Monica pier in LA, California at the end of Route 66.

Quick and Easy to Punch off bucket list

The mile marker is on both sides of the street and not crowded. The southern mist marker was packed with people lined up for pictures.

It's just a photo spot. Nothing crazy. You can take a picture from your car. No need to stop. I didn't see the big deal about it.
