The sunset gathering in Mallory square is something you have to do at least once while in Key West. The little side shows are entertaining. The place comes alive after the sun disappears.

Watched the sunset at Mallory Square. We are from NOLA, so reminded me a lot of the French Quarter. Very eclectic group of people and very interesting. Sunset was beautiful at Mallory Square. Gets very crowded though...

Busy location to watch the sunset. Great people watching and souvenirs. Visit jimmy at the mojito bar near the westin for the best mojito in town!

Interesting entertainment and sellers of "stuff" but if you really want to see a the sun set in Key West skip this, it goes down behind Sunset Key and you can't even see it from Mallory Square. Kind of disappointing to me.

Lots of shops and affordable items , lots of people and close to lots of eateries . Bought several items from shops here. They also have several booths for excursions .

Went at about 6:30pm. Street performers took turns in the square doing their acts. 1st a dry humor gray haired guy who stood on a tight rope 5 feet off the ground for about a minute - didn't enjoy it - he had a crotchety...More

Definitely worth it to watch the sunset and the entertainment! The parking could be a bit difficult if you are coming down just to see the sunset, so get there early and do a bit of shopping!

Nice place to walk around away from all of the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. Prices actually seemed to be lower as well. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Did not return for sunset , but maybe next time. Many little shops and restaurants that has...More

It's a gathering point to watch the sunset. There are street performers, my favorite is a Key West local who trained cats to jump through burning hoops and walk on a tight rope and arts and craft vendors.
