Lots of cute little shops to wander in, an aquarium, and street performers at sunset make this a must do on your key west trip.

We trekked all the way down Duval Street to pretty Mallory Square and it's waterfront views. This may be the best sunset spot on the planet

Every visitor to Key West should take time to visit Mallory Square for the Sunset Celebration at least once. Prior to sunset, enjoy the street performers, as well as food and drink vendors, and then settle in on the dock for one of KW's best...More

The sunsets are beautiful from Mallory Square. Be sure to get your spot early if you want to sit along the water or you'll be standing the whole time. There are many different people doing different acts to entertain you and make alittle money. There...More

Beautiful area to walk by the beach. Lots of vendors on street, also street performers while we all wait for the sun to set.

Well it was a great experience. We enjoyed the street artists and musicians. As expected, it was packed with tourists like ourselves. Make sure and take cash for tips as the performers make the environment and deserve compensation. The sunsets were beautiful and it's a...More

Duval is Duval... Restaurants and bars. Much of the old Key West architecture is being replaced by high end condos and hotel resorts. They have turned the center of Key west, Mallory Square, into a waterside restaurant/bar and the courtyard of nearby hotel resorts. It...More

It's a gathering point to watch the sunset. There are street performers, my favorite is a Key West local who trained cats to jump through burning hoops and walk on a tight rope and arts and craft vendors.
