We used the walking trail (bark mulch) for some exercise. Trail is flat and distance is marked. Overall, this is not a shady walk, so have a sun protection plan (as always in FL). We didn't check-out the beach. It has rest-rooms available.

Nice serene area where you can go to unwind and simply enjoy nature. Bird watching is good here. Suggest one pack a picnic lunch and just sit back and enjoy the flora and fauna.
