Great place to visit with kids! It has a nice variety of animals and it is an enjoyable walk. We also brought our lunch and ate in the picnic tables by the playground.

We were able to talk to students learning to be zoo-keepers as they cared for the animals in the small "zoo". They answered questions about the animals and the program of study. All in all a nice experience.

This is a place to go and learn a lot about animals on a scale unavailable at most zoos. Here you have an intimate access to animals you often are familiar with, at least superficially. The attendants explain, in a very knowledgeable way, detailed aspects of these animals and their fives. A very good place to take small children and... More

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much...but we were pleasantly surprised! This was well worth our time. They had a larger variety of animals than I expected and the atmosphere is just lovely. The whole park is ten acres, so it's not exhausting to to go thru the whole thing. It's set in a forested area and you are under... More

The zoo is a great place for families or couples wanting to see some cool animals. The price is very cheap to get in and you can decide to go on a tour or you can take yourself around the zoo. There are many snakes, alligator, birds, and much more to keep you interested. This may be the on zoo... More
