This place has a great elevated walkway that winds through the slough so you can enjoy nature and stay dry. Turtles birds and alligators are what we see on most visits. We live close so we really enjoy the preserve.

Every so often there is some place to sit, but are few and far between. There are some shorter trails.

I believe they had wheelchairs, we saw at least one out there. lots of baby strollers doing pushed around too.

yes. the ramps permit easy access for scooters. there might be a step or two to get started.
