There is a $3 parking/entance fee no big whoop. The hike from the parking lot to the actual pass is pretty far (~1mi?) and demands good footwear. Nice nature views along the way for toustise and osprey and more. Stump pass at the end is...More

This is a great little state park, with a ton of natural action to go with all the boating that takes place around it. Dolphin spend a lot of time here. The Pass itself has a ripping current and a ton of boat traffic, it...More

Pay the 3 dollars parking, walk to the end of the nature trail and be rewarded with a beautiful beach and if you are lucky watch the dolphins play within metres from the beach.

We were visiting in the area and wanted to get our 10,000 steps someplace other than the beach for a change of pace. We enjoyed walking along a scenic trail in Stump Pass Beach State Park. It was lovely with natural foliage, ospreys, the gulf...More

What surprised me the most was how warm the water was in November. Swimmable warm. $3.00 to park is reasonable but small parking area. Lots of shells and the occasional sharks tooth for those who like those things. Not too crowded when we went. Mostly...More

This is a beautiful little park about a 2 mile walk very scenic and has beautiful trails through a partial canopy to protect you from the sun with beautiful beaches on both sides leading to and little island with dolpins jumping everywhere!

We fly fish off the beach and have had good luck there catching several different species. Just need to walk a ways down the beach to get away from the crowds. Also nice clean water for swimming and a rest room with outdoor shower. The...More

The beach was very scenic with water on two sides. There are walking trails. The beach was alright but not good.

A wonderful place to find shark teeth...just walk the beach and pick them up! Not too busy but go early to get your perfect spot!

Dogs are not allowed on the beach. You can however have a leashed dog in the picnic areas.

The park is called "Stump Pass Beach State Park". It's a long hike down to Stump Pass, shorter walk via path or beach to Middle Beach. If you don't want to hike at all, not to worry, the beach is right by the parking lot.

We love fishing on the point! Point is under restoration so as close as you can get!
