This beautiful beach has many amenities and wasn't too crowded on thanksgiving week. We visited with our 20-something child, and she was invited to participate in volleyball with other young people. The sand is clean, and there are a couple of cafes, deck seating, clean...More

Was a lovely beach, but there were little midge size insects which bit me quite a few times. There's a charge to go on the island. We ordered sunset beach further up the coast,.

If you are able, make the "hike" to the northern tip of Honeymoon. 2+ miles one-way. Its quiet, with few people. The water is clearer, the fishing is better and there are always manatees around if the water temp is in the 70's. Also, bull...More

Went there today. It costs to enter the park. We had 1 car with 2 people and it cost $8. There are a few different areas to enter the beach area. We went to the very end. Each area has a facility area. You could...More

Quiet little hideaway with sparse crowds, natural beauty, interesting birds and sunshine. There is an admittance charge or you can just pull over on the way there to enjoy the roadside beaches.

Quiet beach next to its sister island of Caladesi. It seems a lot like old time Florida in my imagination

This beach is so large, you should be able to find a secluded spot. As you are looking at the water, head to your right. Try to get there early. There is a private dog park beach furthest to your left.
