I decided to relocate to this area. Just spectacular. Walk everywhere and enjoy everything. Beautiful streets, restaurants, and live music.

My wife and love this area. it has condos, restaurants, bars, shops and palm trees. It is a beautiful area to visit and stroll around aimlessly.

What a shame; This district promised a venue for artists. It has many empty storefronts, culminating in one very upscale hotel block. Way too many bars have opened and are creeping in by the block, from Atlantic Avenue. The smell of alcohol permeates the air...More

If you want to explore an area very close to Atlantic Ave., but not as noisy or crowded, check out Pineapple Grove. There are some great art galleries, restaurants and shops. The restaurants fill up quickly, so do make a reservation.
