Advertised in brochures as one of the shopping places. We walked the length of shops and disappointed. Majority shops out of business and those remaining not too appealing.Waste of time for tourists

Not much changes over the years, feels a little crowded building wise. Need to check out since part of history.

This old Daytona downtown is nice to walk down and see the past. Several bars/restaurants and second-hand stores. Several homeless on the street laying and sitting but didn't bother us. I heard that they periodically close the street down for events and music. I would...More

This place is dead. There are empty storefronts and closed businesses. It was a waste of time. It felt deserted inspite of the fact that the sidewalks were nicely hardscaped.

We parked on the north end and walked the entire strip on one of our days to Dayton Beach. A lot of the stores are closed and empty. We enjoyed a few shops but overall it was disappointing. We at least got a little bit...More

Beach street is totally under-rated and under-used. Seems most folks are there for the Speedway or the Beach...and miss this cool, fun, and quaint location as a good place to have a meal, a drink, meet friends, or check out the many antique and arts...More

Love shopping in the little shops on beach street. Great for a girls day out. Antiques, food, chocolate tour, and wine tasting.

To find out the exact answer, it's best to call the Ormond Beach Municipal people who would know - or the Ormond Beach Police who normally attend and control the crowds at Bike Week.

Absolutely pet friendly. You may have to abstain from going into some shops. Street itself is very pet friendly.
