Really glad we got the chance to visit this exciting place
Being in Daytona Beach we simply had to pop by here and learn about the whole speedway experience. Having driven right around the outside of the whole grounds we eventually found the entrance to the free car park where the museum and tours were located. Having found the main entrance we decided that we would like to take the next tour. A whole miscellaneous group of us clambered onto a trailer being pulled by a truck being driven by a chatty, chirpy older gentleman who then drove us around the outside and the inner track of the speedway sharing stories and anecdotes all the way. It was good to visit the winners enclosure and then to view the track from the Toyota stand way up high. A few brave souls were on the race track being driven by veteran racers or splashing out and driving themselves. After the tour we spent quite some time visiting the museum which is packed full of cars including the last winner of the 2023 Daytona 500. A very worthwhile stop off on our road trip of the Eastern coastline of the USA.

    Really great tour
Great experience! Purchased the VIP tour and it was worth it. Great bus ride to the archives then around the track, stopping at the start/finish line, followed by going up to the top of the main grandstand 180’ up. Great views of the entire track. Finished up going through the museum which includes all racing forms, not solely NASCAR.

Great ride along Nascar experience on Daytona Speedway
Great ride along experience in the Nascar experience Daytona Speedway. We did the 3 lap ride with the video and bought 2 great tshirts. Our son had a great smile on his face and the staff was extremely friendly. Next time, we do the 6 laps.

    Amazing family friendly event
My family were visiting from overseas and my 5 year old son is crazy about car racing so we decided to go to the Daytona 400 on the Friday night. We arrived early and got parking no problem. From the minute we arrived at the car park everyone was so friendly. They were especially nice to my 2 children which was so lovely. The family area was very welcoming and my children loved the Lego area. I’ve been to many sporting events in many countries but I was blown away with how family friendly Daytona is. Every stand we passed they gave the kids something. They got free hats, sun glasses a stuffed toy a fidget toy, free Coke Zero. They received rookie badges and there was an area with bouncing castles that they loved before the race. We got to get up close and see the cars before the race. I was worried about the noise but once we got ear plugs we all really enjoyed the race. Such a fun family event that I hope to visit again. If you get a chance to go to Daytona for a race do, you won’t regret it.

Speed. I am speed. One winner, 42 losers.
This review is just for the track and its facilities. I was greatly impressed with everything. The midway with vendors still had some free product demos to be found. The parking off site and shuttle in were seamless. With thousands in attendance never was there a long line for entrance, food, or bathrooms. Food was priced reasonably. The bathrooms were clean. Definitively a place to watch the great american race.

    Love the Rolex 24hrs
Attended the IMSA Roar and the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona. Great experience, especially staying at the track for the entire 24 hours of the race. Walking around at night trying different viewing locations was fantastic.

    Awesome visit.
What a breathtaking experience to visit this place. The entrance is $30 p.p. if a group is travelling or just 2 people it is $26 p.p. Free parking. We visited this place the day before the race, so we got to see some cars practicing. The trolley tour was awesome. Free parking.

Camping at Daytona Speedway during Scout Days
Our Cub Scout Pack had a great time camping inside the race track during Scout Days. Such a cool event with scouts from all over the country participating. Scouts got to sign their name on the finish line and walk the race track, they had a movie night, tram tour of the facility and driver meet and greet with tour of the garages.

Rockville was Epic. This Venue was set up perfectly with PLENTY of water sprinklers, FREE hydration stations. There was plenty of food stands bathrooms well kept. Probably the cleanest concert festival experience I’ve ever had. Plenty of space for breathing room. Loved it and will return!

Hey there, race fans! Just wanted to share my recent experience at the famous Daytona International Speedway. Let me tell you, it was an adrenaline-packed, heart-pounding adventure from start to finish.

As soon as I walked through the gates, I could feel the excitement in the air. The sheer size and grandeur of the speedway took my breath away - it's truly a sight to behold. The iconic track, with its steep banks and smooth surface, was like a rollercoaster just waiting to be ridden.

One of the highlights of my visit was taking a tour of the facility. I got to see the track up close and personal, standing right at the start/finish line where so many legendary races have been won. The knowledgeable tour guide shared fascinating facts about the history of the speedway and its significance in the world of motorsports. It was awe-inspiring to imagine the roar of the engines and the thrill of the races that have taken place on that hallowed ground.

I also had the chance to visit the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America, located right on the grounds of the speedway. Walking through the exhibits and seeing the iconic cars and memorabilia from racing legends past and present was a real treat for any fan of the sport. It gave me a newfound appreciation for the history and legacy of auto racing in America.

Of course, no visit to Daytona would be complete without checking out the Daytona 500 Experience. From interactive exhibits to immersive simulators, this place had it all. I even got to try my hand at changing a tire in a pit stop challenge - let's just say I have a newfound respect for the pit crews!

But the real highlight of my visit was watching a race at the speedway. The roar of the engines, the smell of burning rubber, the sight of cars flying by at breakneck speeds - it was a sensory overload in the best possible way. The energy in the stands was contagious, with fans cheering on their favorite drivers and living every lap as if it were their last. It was an experience I'll never forget.

All in all, my visit to the Daytona International Speedway was a thrilling, unforgettable experience. Whether you're a die-hard racing fan or just looking for a fun day out, this iconic track has something for everyone. So do yourself a favor and make the trip - you won't be disappointed!

We took the morning tour, and when I bought the tickets there were only 10 available for our party of 14, so when we arrived, we asked if there was room on the tour for the other four people to go along, to which they said no, and we respected that. When everybody got on the trolley for the tour, there was so much space available that it didn't make sense. Those that went on the tour, loved it. We also got tickets for the magic of lights at night, which was a complete waste. We thought we got to drive on the speedway, but you actually drive through the parking lot and under the stands, you go around only once and at the end, you can purchase food and pictures. The lights are really pretty, but you don't need to pay extra to see them in the parking lot... It just didn't make sense. Big disappointment. Im sure if we come to a race it is a completely different ball game!
