We visited August 15th (2017) as a family and had a fantastic time, the staff were all so knowledgeable about the (rescued) animals they have there and obviously have a strong bond with them, John who drove us round really knew his stuff and gave...More

If you ask me this is a scam! They canceled our tiger cub swim the day before we were supposed to go, and said they would refund our money. The swim was for 6 people! We have been calling every single day and we get...More

Did not enjoy my experience. The whole place saddens me. The animals should not be tormented by random strangers handling them no matter how cool that may seem. Please rethink your policies on animal care.

This is not a true zoo nor are they a real rescue sanctuary as they claim. True zoos and sanctuaries do not feature tiger cub handling and forced feeding for tourists. Nor do they purchase their animals. While it may be neat for you to...More

Clearly you have never been to our zoo or your misinformed statements would not be in your review. You are also a supporter of a competitor organization and are stating their propaganda statements and not an actual review.
