Located in Dade City, Florida, just minutes from Tampa and Orlando, SCREAM-A-GEDDON is six spectacular haunted house attractions including a Monster Midway. SCREAM-A-GEDDON is Central Florida's only large scale independent scream park designed to scare and entertain thousands of patrons every fall.

We visited Screamageddon on a Monday night at the beginning of October. We are a group of 4 British tourists in our thirties visiting Florida for two weeks. Upon entering the park we were approached by a security guard who told us that we may choose to “indulge in the devils herb” but if we were found to be doing it in the park we would be ejected. I attempted to explain that we definitely were not indulging and were foreign tourists in a rental car, the security cut me off and became borderline aggressive stating he had been informed the smell of marijuana had come from our car when we opened the door?!? This was total nonsense and the attitude of the individual made us all feel completely uncomfortable. We had pre booked zombie paintball so we did this (lasted all of 6 minutes) and then left the park. Hugely disappointed as we’d made a long trip to visit, definitely wouldn’t visit again and would advise other tourists to give this one a miss. Stick to Halloween horror nights or howl o scream where security actually seem to be there for guests protection.

It was a great experience for any horror loving enthusiast. Each of the haunted attractions were unique and had their own sets of scares that set them apart from each other. My boyfriend and I traveled all the way from Tennessee to enjoy this. night of constant frights! The actors roaming around the park were also excellent. Definitely worth it! My only complaint would be the extremely long wait lines. If you come to Screamageddon, you need to pay the extra to get a fast pass. It will be worth the money to save you the time.

Military Family of 9… year #7 and we were thrown out after the first haunted house. Security said we were reported for touching someone. Explained that no one touch anyone but was thrown out of the park anyway by head of security Adam. I will be stopping my bank payment after this experience. Totally unacceptable.

The absolute worst excuse for a Halloween event I have ever attended!
Total of $104 spent for 2 tickets and parking for my wife and I to be disappointed.
Poor acting and even more pathetic props .
Amateur back yard haunted houses
Have more thought and effort put into them.
An absolute wast of time and money!
The Website makes one think that this is a first class attraction- not so!!!
Save your money and avoid this scam!

Very Disappointing!!!
Had we gone first to buy tickets there.... we would have turned around and Not bought them at all!!!
Theme was the same at all 5 attractions: psycho zombie types, screaming in your ears to scare you which Never scared me because of poor acting, lack of props, and very low budget everything!
Honestly, I don't know if they will be around next year. Their midway is considered an attraction.... well yeah, you will scream in terror to have to pay $4 just for a corn dog or a hot dog. Its probably greasy too!
We paid $104 for the 2 of us including the $10 in parking. Save your money I say!!! It is definitely Not worth it!!!

Went with my family last night and had a great time....UNTIL my boyfriend got PUNCHED IN THE MOUTH by security. At closing time one of our kids needed to use the port-a-potty and security refused to let him. This place is in the middle of nowhere so other options are scarce...they told him to “pee in the woods”. If you’re a parent (even if you aren’t) you could understand how upset we we were. It would’ve taken them less than 30 seconds to let him use the bathroom. Words were exchanged, and my boyfriend never touched the guy, but security felt the need to lay hands on him. He said “I don’t even need this job” in an attempt to egg my boyfriend on. My boyfriend repeatedly asked him for his and his supervisors name (who was there and did NOTHING) and they refused to give it. I don’t consider myself a “Karen”, but when it comes to something as simple as my child being able to use the bathroom at an event we paid hundreds of dollars for, only to be harassed and accosted by security, my momma bear is going to come out...

Horrible policy. They offer a discount but dont give it so I clicked off the site. Then they offered the discount again and I ordered tickets but forgot to enter discount code.
I sent them an email and they basically said tuff luck. I would have cancelled the order again if the discount wasnt offered. If the discount is not really being offered or "all discounts given out" as they say, they should remove it from the site. This is nothing more than advertising fraud.

The bad times started as soon as we pulled the car into the lot. There's a $10 fee to park on a grass field. Got into an argument with a parking lot attendant who wanted me to park so close to another vehicle that I probably would have gotten a dent from an opening door. I refused to do that and the attendant was rude about it but I won that battle. We then paid about $100.00 for the two of us. Once inside there's no plumbing, its all porta potties. No water available unless you pay 3 to 4 bucks for a bottle. There are five haunted houses that are decent, but its about an hour line for each one. Attendants monitoring the lines were rude, screaming at people because they were vaping. I understand no smoking, but vaping? Towards the end of the night one of the attendants lied to us and said it was a 2 hour line. We took our chances and it was 45 minutes. I think she wanted to get people to leave early.
Overall I think it was overpriced, and the employees need a lesson in customer service.

Me my friends and family will not return to screamageddon, the props look like they were
made in some ones back yard, we thought it would be a fun place to visit because it is located in a wooded area but we were wrong, and if you haft to use the restroom better to just go some place and do your business in the woods as they only have porta pottys
and wow what a mess with no place to wash your hands. if your going to spend this kind of money for entertainment just go to a real theme park or a place that is recommended by friends.

Went this past Friday night with the wife and had a great time! I have spent probably thousands of dollars over the years going to Halloween Horror Nights and Hollow Scream, and this was by far better than both. Best bang for the buck!!!

Are the VIP packages worth it on a Friday or a Saturday or will I be able to do all attraction without it?

On Friday and Saturday it is typically worth the upgrade to VIP. If you want to wait and see, you can always upgrade your ticket once inside the park.
