My daughter and I came for pedicures. The spa staff is friendly, great service, and allows you use of locker room with steam and dry sauna. Plus you can stay in relaxation room after pedicure to look out on beautiful Biltmore estate and Miami. Very relaxing experience. We used showers to clean, dress and makeup afterwards and headed to Coconut Grove for supper about 20 minutes away. Great way to experience the Biltmore hotel without staying.

Let me begin by saying that there at star plus plus members of the Biltmore Spa staff. There is one woman in particular who works in the waiting are named Maritza who was beyond helpful, friendly and welcoming. Between her and my masseuse, Marvin, I had to give this rating a four. He was extremely excellent and left me feeling very relaxed. I will say however, that I was disappointed with my pedicure. That is one expense I will pass on the next time I am there. I was rushed out of the salon prior to my toe nails being dry.

Watch out before you get ripped off!
I booked a 70 minutes gel pedicure for $95 Fri & Sat. Needless to say, this is an expensive service, even for Miami. I was very looking forward to it. I received a treatment which lasted 55 minutes. Missing 15 minutes of a 70 minute service (~$20 worth since a minute is ~$1.36)
I find it in this price category absolutely unacceptable!!

Several times I have called the spa to schedule a massage and I'm always left waiting. Last time, they left me waiting for more than an hour over the phone just to speak with them. They are understaffed and need to have more people there. I have not been able to schedule an appointment.

I visited this spa in Miami spa month. I expected to get total relaxation at the famous Biltmore Hotel's spa. Unfortunately, the small changing room was filled with a loud crowd. I just wanted to have a stressless, relaxing day, that’s the whole purpose of the spa.
The therapist was professional and tried hard to deliver five-star treatment, but the rush and the noise already killed the vibe.

I like to visit Spas all over the work. This is in the Biltmore Hotel. I had a massage, facial, body scrub, and shampoo.
Michael in the hair salon is very nice and gives a nice shampoo. People are friendly. It needs to be warmer. The whole spa was very cold temperature .wise. The lights could be lower and music softer. The girls at the front desk are stressed out and it seems they need another person there. The ladies in the bathroom follow you around and seem to rush you. I suggest everyone slow down and be more relaxed. That’s the whole purpose of the spa.

I went in for a mens haircut. Sat in the chair for exactly 120 seconds and then walked away with a 48 dollar bill. Must be nice to be a hairdresser at the biltmore, at that rate they are pulling in $1440 an hour.

My sisters and I went for spa month and I decided to get a massage meanwhile they got facials. I really enjoyed my massage with Liz, she was truly great, she stretched me and focused on the areas I needed. Even though the spa was not really big it was still fun, it was a bit crowded but the facilities were nice and clean and everyone was friendly. We enjoyed the sauna, steam room and waiting room. They also offer fruits, water and tea which I thought was pretty nice.

Everytime, I call it is like I am a VIP. The minute they hear my voice, it is the kindest reception and such caring. The receptionist Maylin is just the most wonderful person, so kind and caring - alway delivering the best in customer experience. I have appointment with Tilsa - best eyebrow person ever!! The Biltmore should give lessons in delivering a superior customer experience. You will feel like royalty at the spa and the hotel. Thank you to the great staff!

Hello people! How are you? My name is Rodrigo, I'm 34 years old, I'm an acupuncturist and massage therapist. I really liked your comments here on Tripadvisor.
