Warm and welcoming, new director clearly loves his job and in keen to share. This was our third visit to the museum, our main interest is the history of Riddle Field where pilots of the Royal Air Force were trained during WWII. Small quantity of exhibits. Interesting overview of area. One short film by local corporations. Other short film of historical overview of area. This is the same cost as a great botanical garden. $8 would be more reasonable.

This museum has a good mix of fossils and history of agricultural products sugar and oranges. There is a quick video on the towns history and current agricultural processing. Museum has several write ups on important people in the towns history and important world influences and artifacts of the industries. We missed the sugerland bus tour booked up for the next few days while we are in the area. Be sure to call several days ahead. Also they provided a walking tour guide of historical and interesting architectural homes in the area. Really nice playground to run out the beans across the street and two blocks on.…

This museum is part of the Chamber of Commerce and has a unique collection of hand painted bird pictures, shells, pre-historic bones found locally and great pictures covering the last 100 years. This is a must see spot in Clewiston.…
