Seeing the wildlife in a responsible setting with knowledgeable staff. The cost is fair for what you get and I enjoyed the drive from Fort Lauderdale. Bucket list complete for, "ride in air boat" and see large Alligators.

Chose to drive and extra hour and a half to get to this place on our family vacation and I'm glad we did. There is so many animals to feed through out the park. My children loved feeding the crocodiles, baby otters, and the walk in bird exhibit. The air boat ride was great we seen lots of wild alligators, baby gators, and turtles. We learned so much about the everglades and wildlife from our amazing air boat tour guide. It's always nice to see someone who really loves their job. We got a great deal purchasing through groupon.…

My family and I drove an 1 1/2 hours to get here. We called and also checked online before we left to see if they were still open with all the closings going on with the coronavirus. There was no notice that they were closed, so we made the drive there. There were a few people sitting under an umbrella in the parking lot when we got there and one of them walked up to our car and told us they were closed. Please update your website and phones to prevent any future customers from making the drive like we did. The plus side was we saw several alligators while driving on Snake Rd., so my nephew at least got to see a few.…

We arrived at Billie Swamp on a Monday morning. I found a coupon online which discounted our tickets $10, so entry cost for the entire day package which includes all the activities was $40 each. The staff member checking us in planned the day for us and scheduled the airboat and swamp buggy rides. Unfortunately, it was raining on and off and they do not let the airboat or swamp buggy go out if it's raining. We were able to reschedule for later in the day, but they give rainchecks if the rain doesn't stop. The airboat and the swamp buggy were both a lot of fun. I enjoyed seeing the animals out in the open and not behind cages. The snake show was AMAZING! Hans definitely enjoys working with his snake friends and seems passionate about their care. The critter show was cute. They brought out and talked about a skunk, a capybara, a macaw, and a small alligator. I also enjoyed feeding the otters. They were very fiesty and anxious to get as many fish as they could. We were there for the entire day (from a little past opening until close). We also ate at the Swamp Cafe-but that's a separate review.…
