Nice stop. Be prepared to pay a dollar per person if you choose to walk out to the very end otherwise you can walk out 3/4 of the way. Located on a really nice beach for swimming, shelling, walking, and relaxing. Nice little artisan market held on the pier in the evenings.

Love this place on the weekend. On Friday and Saturday evening they have vendors and performers. Something for everyone.

You can find piers like this one practically in every big resort town or city on the coastline. Pier 60 is a nice place to walk, take pictures of the beach, to have a good time at nature. Very nice scenic views. Also popular with fishermen, it must be. Pier 60 is the first one among many I've seen in... More

Pier gives good view of beach and has lots of Pelicans waiting for fishing people to give them a fish. Relaxing walk and gift shop had some cute and inexpensive souvenirs. If fishing off pier get there in early morning, the men we saw that had a great catch started at 4am. If not fishing about an hour will do.

The pier seemed a little boring in the morning. However, It was much nicer during the late afternoon around sunset time. It offered a very nice view of the sunset over the water. Also later in the day local vendors setup to sell interesting memorabilia. Finally around night time, they start to play some fun music for the tourists.

We were under the impression that this was a place to spend a few hours in the evening and it was just a few vendors and a store. Ok if you are out and about but I wouldn't make this a destination.

Pier 60 is the heart of Clearwater Beach. Lots of activities, you can fish off the end, for a fee; kid friendly; the beach here is huge and the sand is like silk! Umbrellas and shade tent(?) available for a like $20 for the day. Always something going on! Very fun!

Nice to have a pier to walk out on into the water. Parking around the area was a bit hard to come by. Great views of the water and beach. Fishing available at end of pier. Met a friendly man that fishes there daily and had tales to tell. Pier is handicap accessible.

The pier is a must to get the full aspect of Clearwater beach. Costs just a $1 to access the end. Options to fish too at an additional cost. Pelicans and birds sit freely on the wooden boardwalk. A tourist gift shop is also on the pier which is reasonably priced.
