With hundreds of things to do on Clearwater Beach, the main attraction is still pretty much its near-perfect beach (USA Today readers voted Clearwater Beach "Best Beach Town in Florida" in 2013). Beautiful white sand and clear, shallow water make this beach an ideal playground for families.

Beach is beautiful with white sand and along with the clear blue sea creates a very picturesque back drop. Great fun for families with plenty of activities to enjoy.

Clearwater beach is a definite place to visit as a tourist or a Floridian! Big beach with extreme fine white sand (like Siesta Key). It's a fun beach with family nite life and beautiful sunsets!

I'm not sure about the ones by Pier 60, but the yellow ones on north beach by the Palm Pavilion are $22 for all day until 5pm or $15 for 2 hours. Plus the beach is much quieter on that end ;)
