This one was just OK. We had a Tampa Pass which includes this and we took the Jolley Trolley from our hotel (so no parking fees). Let me start - it is amazing the rescue work this organization does. And admirable, so glad they do...More

We appreciate your visit to Clearwater Marine Aquarium very much! Without visitors like you coming through our doors, we wouldn't be able to continue our mission of rescue, rehabilitation, and release of marine life; we appreciate your support more than we can say!

They are building a new center so that will change things, but for now the actual experience is very so so. The workers and volunteers are always be dedicated to the Aquatic species, which is admirable. However, experience was only average even though we want...More

We're sorry to see that your experience at Clearwater Marine Aquarium wasn't quite what you hoped for, though we're glad to see that you had great interactions with our team members! Hopefully you'll come back to see us again in the future when our expansion...More

Its nice but limited. Major construction of new facility underway causes some disturbance. The entire theme of "winter's rescue" is their key draw. The kids love the story. You can pet the stingrays and see the large aquarium. Don't expect a major dolphin show. They...More

This is our third time visiting winter over the past 10 years. It’s been a joy watching her. I love the way they changed the Clearwater aquarium so it’s not the same thing each year. We started with little ones that grew and now we...More

I think it's great they are a rescue organization, but they are not an aquarium. They should not say they are. They are no aquariums there. They have large containers for a very few and are also very poor looking. The containers are terribly boring...More

We're sorry to see that Clearwater Marine Aquarium wasn't quite what you expected. We are certainly a bit different than a more traditional aquarium in that our focus is, as you observe, on the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of marine animals. Our current building is...More

We spent 75 dollars for 4 adults and one child and parking for 2 cars. We are locals, but had never been, so we decided to give it a go. They are under construction, and its chaotic and messy. You get no map, probably because...More

We went here as our sailing trip was push back to 5pm. I think it is more for children. Was not our favorite but kids would like it better. All out the movie.

The main attraction is Winter (tail-less dolphin), who was in the movies (Dolphin Tale), but they also have the pelican Rufus (real name Ricky) and a myriad of other sea creatures that were rescued in one manner or another. Highlights include nurse sharks, sea turtles,...More
