Nice place, recommended highly; a fun half day of exploration and learning. Their mission is admirable and well-executed. Staff is super-friendly and knowledgeable. Only criticisms would be the state of the public restroom trailer- hard to make something impermanent nice but this was a hard-used...More

As other reviews have pointed out this is not a highly commercial aquarium like seaworld or similar. It is a rescue centre primarily so bear that in mind when coming. That said the work they do here is incredible and the stories of the animals...More

We visited in July and did the Trainer for a Day program. It was excellent and I'd highly recommend for anyone who wants an in-depth view of what it's like to work with these animals on a daily basis. The tour included hands-on activities with...More

We had visited the CMA in July 2012 and had a wonderful experience, however, this time it was a 2 star experience at best. Too crowded, cheap educational materials, and rude attendants. Spend your money on a dolphin speed boat and read online about the...More

Beware... this is a rehab and rescue facility made tourist trap thanks to Hollywood. The work done by the aquarium is awesome and valuable! The pull to go there and see marine life however is driven by and centered around a dolphin in a movie,...More

Yes! They said unless the winds are extreme or an actual thunderstorm than they do. It sprinkled on us for a bit but we never skipped a beat 😉

Hopefully they honor Military everywhere, but calling is your best bet. I would get names of the people you talk to if they say yes; just to make sure they're aren't separate answers once you arrive.
