Me and a couple other friends were down in Tampa for a beach trip during the week of May 20th and decided to visit this aquarium on our trip. Admission was $22 which is reasonable. First of all this is not a traditional aquarium that...More

We appreciate your visit, Ivar, and your support of our work and mission at Clearwater Marine Aquarium! Our current building is a wastewater treatment plant that we've occupied since the 1970s, and we have certainly outgrown the space it affords us. At present, we're working...More

Was very small. My daughter wanted to see winter so we went. She was disappointed because winter was in a back tank and we could barely she her. We got to see hope perform for about 10 minutes. We loved the picture that they took...More

We're sorry to see that Clearwater Marine Aquarium didn't quite live up to your expectations. Our facility is a converted wastewater treatment plant that we've occupied since the 1970s, and while it has served us well, we recognize that its layout does pose some limitations....More

No Winter that I could see. -Empty tanks all over and billboards for info .Save your money for another attraction, this was not worth it. Too hot and too crowed and collection boxes for donations all over the place. This place needs to offer way...More

The aquarium is average. It's small for what you get and very expensive because of their efforts to market Winter the dolphin. The workers are very helpful and knowledgeable though when asking questionsMore

Kids were so excited to see Winter and Hope as the main attractions of the aquarium but the other animals were equally interesting as were the staff who were generous with their time and happy to impart their knowledge and enthusiasm

Amazing, must do experience for families to see and experience. I've loved dolphins as long as I can remember and my son has loved it since seeing both Dolphin Tale films, so it was fantastic to see the animals first hand and see all of...More

We were fortunate to have found this marine animal rehabilitation facility prior to its fame due to the "Dolphin Tale" movie franchise. At that time, you were able to get a more intimate interaction with the animals they serve. Now, it is elbow to elbow...More

I think what everyone should know about this aquarium is that it is more of a rescue for sea animals. If you're looking for lots of large tanks of fish and varieties they only have 1 large tank stocked with sharks, turtles and fish. The...More

Hopefully they honor Military everywhere, but calling is your best bet. I would get names of the people you talk to if they say yes; just to make sure they're aren't separate answers once you arrive.

Just wondering what I should be looking for to make my granddaughters experience a good one? We've traveled from Ct to visit my brother but her main thing for coming to Florida for sometime was to see Winter, we've watched the movie so many times, I love it just as much as her, she's 4 and we'll be visiting the Marina on Mothers Day with her great grandmother, her great uncle and uncle, my son coming in from Texas, I'm looking forward to it for my granddaughter.
