Its nice place who loves to bath in Falling water and who loves nature.Awesome scenic beauty especially in Monsoon. Major point to be noted for whom who will plan to visit with kids and senior citizens is that you must walk 2-3 KM to reach up to waterfall or you must have Camel ride for same.

The best place for those who r peace-loving n nature admirer.

Best place till today. I've visited 100s of places across the world. But this place embraces solitude in itself. The best time to visit is Either morning or evening.

In the evening, sit silently near the water body with safety n just listen the chips of creatures. It's just beautiful.

I personally had great experience.

Wow! Although parking can be a serious problem for late arrivals (after 10 am) on weekends. From parking, near a Hindu temple, you start trekking for about 500 mts to get first view if water pond. Another 800-1000 mts trekking to reach waterfall. The whole area is abundant in greenery and clean air, find a nice place to sit near water body and enjoy the cool breeze. Monsoon is the best time to visit, September would also be pleasant. You will find shacks selling packaged drinking water, potato wafer chips, cold drinks, boiled sweet corn, and few other snack items, and most importantly CHAI (tea).
Being home cooked food for the best experience, also bring a mat or floor sheet to sit n relax. Wear sports shoes if you want to reach mouth of waterfall, else normal footwear is good till the wanted body (1km before the waterfall). Camel rides are available only on weekend, from pond to waterfall, charging approximately INR 120-150 per trip per person.

PLEASE KEEP THE AREA CLEAN, BEING TRASH BAG/GARBAGE BAGS WITH YOU. DO NOT LITTER.
I did not find dust bins near the pond and waterfall, it is available with shacks.

First of all its not a waterfall. Don’t image extra in your mind from the word waterfall. Its a river flowing place. If you are not going in rainy days especially when its raining, you will get tired easily. Its beauty lies only while rain is going on. There is a long walk of 3 kms which is absolutely tiring. Feels like you are doing treking. Camels ride to reach the destination is too expensive. 120 rs for single person.

There are no food cafe or shops around. Local people sells water, chhas, limbu paani and all but its not worth drinking or eating anything.

Always go with full family or cousins or friends or else you will get bore. Take plenty of water and eatery alongwith you. You will really feel thirsty while taking a long walk.

Route to zanzri is absolutely amazing. If you are a bike or car rider, its a treat to ride.

Govt should start boat facility to reach river flowing because water remains in the river side. Should have 3-4 genuine shops selling eatery.

Over all i would give 3/5 ratings.

Zanzari Waterfalls is located 80 kilometers from Ahmedabad at Dehgam in Gandhinagar district. The Waterfalls has a dedicated parking, and it costs Rs. 30 for parking the car there. There are a few refreshments stalls near the parking, which offer tea and wafers and biscuits.

The road to the Waterfalls is wet and slushy, and we had to be careful of the rocky terrain because one slight mistake and we could slip down on the rocks. A small and shallow stream has to be crossed before getting on the side of the Waterfalls. From that point, it is a 2 kilometer hike/walk. We can also reach the actual Waterfalls on a camel back. The one-way camel ride costs Rs. 120 per person, including kids. We reached the falls on the camel, and it was worth it.

Once you reach the falls, you're in a different world altogether. There is nothing but lush greenery and gushing water and small rocks. The location is so serene and picturesque that after playing in the water for almost an hour, we sat on the rocks and enjoyed the atmosphere. We have to be careful of the water, as the force of water can be dangerous and one can get washed away or injure himself seriously if you're careless.

We found some bikers doing stunts on the rocks, and also some local vendors selling tea, wafers and corn. We also enjoyed a potluck party on the rocks while returning, and it was super fun!!

To sum it up, Zanzari is a must-visit place with family during monsoons, but caution has to be exercised to avoid any mishap.
