Great family beach. There are restrooms and a snackbar. Beach is guarded and there are umbrellas & chairs for rent. Parking is somewhat limited, so that can be an issue unless arriving before 9:15 am or late afternoon when folks are leaving. The limited parking does help the beach from becoming too crowded.

The family had a wonderful day at Oceanfront Park Beach. The beach is clean, there is lots of room to park your chair and chairs/cabanas are available for rent. The water is refreshing. Lifeguards are on duty. There are restrooms and a concession booth where some picnic tables are available to sit and enjoy your snack. There is a charge for parking but it is worth it to support keeping the facility clean and well maintained. If you are looking to spend some R&R at the beach, this is the place to go.

I mean, which beach isnt beautiful here? This one was my favorite. Smaller area, not as crowded and always beautiful water and views. I could never complain. Except for the parking. Get there early or go later in the day.

Parking was easy with the app. It's 1.50 an hour. Spent the morning here, great sandy bottom water. Wasn't too crowded for a Sunday. We left about 1 and the lot was full though. Had a place selling snacks and looks like good facilities but we didn't use them so can't say for sure.

The beach is clean and good for a beach day. Park charges an entry fee during the day but is free after 4pm. There is a snack bar in the convenience area if you forgot to pack enough beverages. It is open until 6pm. Restrooms are clean. And plenty of shower areas as well as parking. Best bit is they have beach chairs and umbrellas for rent.

Living in Boynton beach, we show off our clean enjoyable beach front by going to Oceanfront Park. Visitor parking is $5-10 per day seasonal and often full on sunny days. The concrete walkway at top allows older visitors the ocean view and a walk without navigating sand. The beach has a high birm which is hard for some small children to get down to the water. Umbrellas, chairs, etc are rented if you don't bring your own.
The food stand at the top is short order/ short menu but fresh and good.
The family can stay all day for the parking fee. If the parking lot is full there is an alternative public lot about 1 block ( 0.15) miles north on the opposite side . Don't try parking on A1A unless you like parking fines.

I am so lucky to live 5 minutes from this place! Clean restrooms, foot washers and outside showers to wash the sand off, picnic tables, benches, sail canopies, and a small playground. There are lifeguards on duty and a small concession stand if you don't feel like packing a cooler. I love coming here to watch the sunrise. The parking lot fills up on the weekends during the winter and on holidays. This park does not allow dogs.

I take my morning walks on Boynton Beach and really enjoy the long stretch of walking area. The parking is ample and has security and there are shaded areas for sitting above the beach with benches, restrooms and picnic area. There are showers for rinsing off and a volley ball court, canopied lounge chairs and lifeguards on duty. If you live in Boynton I would recommend purchasing a parking permit otherwise the parking fee can get a bit pricey if you visit often. The nicest aspect of this beach is the long stretch that you can walk all the way to the inlet to the north and a very long distance to the south. (I have yet to walk the full stretch south) This beach is usually quite clean of garbage and seaweed and if you like scenic rocks there are some towards the inlet for you to use in photographs.

We decided to check out this beach as we had read a ton of great reviews. I have to be honest...whilst the water was beautiful and clear, we left after an hour. My first gripe is the $10 charge for parking that's cash only. You don't know it's cash only until you're already there at the window so that was kind of a hassle because really, not many people carry cash these days.
My second and biggest issue was the sand flies (or whatever they were). There was a ton of seaweed on the shore so I don't know if that's what was attracting them but we were getting bitten the entire time and in the end we couldn't wait to leave. It's such a shame too because it had potential to be a great beach day :(

Is there an area where the water is flat?

I’m bringing my elderly dad who loves the beach hopefully tomorrow. If we get there after 2:00 will there be parking and can we rent chairs?

How is the seaweed situation? Can you go swimming?
Written 7 August 2018
We had a completely different experience from the above answer. There was only a little bit of seaweed and there were several people in the water. Perhaps it depends on where along the beach one goes.
