This very large Palm Beach County park has a number of different areas for varied activities. Especially attractive is the reasonably-priced water park.

This as a large and action-filled park where people of all ages can have fun. While the waterpark is geared toward the younger generations, lake activities (such as jetskiing) and walking through nature trails can be just as appealing to people of all ages, too! Unlike most parks in Boca, this park is free to enter, and spending time there is very enjoyable!

I have been to South Country Regional park for a while. This park has grown a lot over the years. When you first enter the park, you will see either a huge golf course or a lovely view of the kids playground depending on which side you go from. In one entrance there is the a playground where the kids can play and across form the playground its a beautiful waterpark that would be a great place to go on a nice hot day. Next to the playground is a huge soccer field that would meet every soccer teams needs. There is a basketball court and a volleyball net where people can play at. If you go further down there is racquetball court. This park can fit everyones needs. There is a dog park, a amphitheater, a lovely view of a lake, and it just goes on. Overall a great experience that the whole family can enjoy.

Walked in two of the areas and sat in one of the picnic areas. Nice place to just hang out or have a picnic!

We live close and drive there to take a long walk many Sundays. There are tennis courts, beach volleyball court, and many athletic fields. Very peaceful for walking.

I get so tired of being indoors and want to be very careful when out of doors. This is the PERFECT place to come! Picnic tables spaced far apart with grills if you want to cook - I love it here - I can walk without running into a lot of people also

This is my favorite park in Boca. There’s plenty of room to run and play, a dog park and playground for the kiddos. They have pavilions that are open and one that you can reserve with a big grill area.

Do you have any other recommendations for good parks in Palm Beach/Broward County for walking, sitting by water and reading? Looks like you know great venues!
