Beautiful beach marred a bit with a ton of seaweed at the beach. Climbing through this is a bit gross, but it's nature. The beach was very clean and staying at the St. Regis allowed for umbrellas, beach chairs and food/drink service. The bicycle/walking trail...More

There were a few people on the beach. Beach service only for hotels by the beach. Water was warm. There is a walking path next to the beach

This Bal Harbour Beach is not that crowded, because it is located within the hotels and private condos.

There was algae along the shore. It would have been nice if the city would have removed the algae to allow the beach to be more enjoyable. Although we couldn’t go into the water the sun was out which made for a beautiful day.

Beaches are better farther South, the waters are not as rough and umbrella service more efficient. You have to find passages to the beach which is not an easy task.

Narrow beach with plenty of seaweed and coconuts. Dodge that stuff, and you have a quiet, clean beach to share with other quiet people. A great escape from the Miami beaches.

You can fly into Miami but most of the time FLL, Fort Lauderdale airport is cheaper. The beach is about half way between both airports so a cab is $20-25 either way.
