People were friendly, beach was clean and rental chairs and umbrellas were available if needed. Bathrooms were not too far. Loved it!

Technically no. There are public bathrooms but it is posted that you are not supposed to change in them. I think people often break the rules, though. There definitely aren't lockers. The State parks both at Cape Henlopen... More
