Rehoboth jazz festival

This was in 2015 and I loved every minute. I love Rehoboth Beach!😊 It has become a yearly thing! Only negative thing is the cost of attending the jazz shows on a retiree budget!

Right in the center of town, this attraction frequently features live auctions. You can spend as little or as much time as you like since there is no admission fee, and you can spend as little or as much money as you desire. The auctions are fun and there are many good bargains to be found.

The convention center is not that large, but it does it's best to serve the growing town. It is a good place to go when they have estate auctions, also non-profit charity events.

Rehoboth Beach is a small town that booms in the summer. I have been fortunate to live there months at a time. There are tourist activities and homey ones.

I attended a concert at the City of Rehoboth Beach Convention Center. There is a small parking lot in front of the convention center and I actually found a parking space right away. Great place to park as their is not a 3 hour limit like on the streets. Close to restaurants and stores on Rehoboth Ave. The event holds... More

An unbelievable experience at the Convention Center while attending the Chocolate Fair. Total chaos, people packed in without any apparent regard for occupancy limits or fire code restrictions. Families with baby carriages, senior citizens in wheel chairs, young children all in one swirling mass. No rhyme or reason to the numerous lines. Food servers had no idea what the ingredients... Great opportunity to have few basic tests done for free. The lines moved quickly. Everyone working it were informative and pleasant.

I wanted to attend this but it seemed so uninviting. No one was greeting anyone at the door. And it was unclear which way to get in.

Well, it's clean. So are the bathrooms. And, it's got a large gathering room and and an efficient kitchen. It functions for community functions although parking is a nightmare. Ambiance? Forget it. Best thing to do is to turn the lights off and put up lots of strings of little white lights. Disappointing space. Rehoboth can do better than this.

This building is great for conventions, etc. The main room hold about 400-500 people. The convention center has many tables, chairs and plastic table coverings available, There is a full kitchen and several "break out rooms". The only drawback is the parking. It has a fairly large parking lot but beach go-ers may use it also. The closest Hotel is... More
