A great beach to take younger children to. Minimum waves and they can swim around without getting knocked down or swept under. Great for anyone that doesn't like getting beat by waves. Very quaint!

Spent a few hours on Sunday at this very pleasant, very wide and clean beach Plenty of parking, and several benches upon which to sit It's off season, so the vendors were not open, but it's very accessible to town (Lewes)

Great for little people... no big waves, no sharp rocks, no drop off. Parking lots if you get there early.

We went there one evening to shoot some photos of my expecting daughter, husband, and dog and were surprised at the number of people still on the beach. The setting sun, grassy dunes and calm waters made it perfect for a photo shoot.

Found red seaglass! Rare. 1 in 10,000 is the estimate. Likely from a vehicle tail light. Thick with a pattern on one side. Will look nice wrapped in silver for a pendant. Thanks Lewes Beach!

I am sorry, I have not seen any outlets, but I have never really looked, either. A manual pump should be fine, or if you can, blow them up before you get there.
