Always a ton of fun to be had here. Fishing locations throughout the park, boat rentals, pavilions for parties.. Definitely worth the trip.

Been coming here for years for the annual April dog shows but will have to come back a different time to enjoy the hiking! This is a large state park that offers a lot of activities. I wouldn't travel from far away to come here...More

I came here with my dog because it offers a separate place for dogs to run unleashed...it also has a place for dogs to swim if they like the water...the only downside is that a few dog owners should keep their more aggressive dogs leashed...More

Enjoyed our trip here, it's beautiful! We camped as well and had a very relaxed time.There is plenty to do from boat rentals, fishing and trails. Will be back!

As most such parks, this one is generally open only during daylight hours - except where camping arrangements have been made. Last time I saw it posted (this winter) the official open time was 8:30am to 4:30pm. Summer DST... More
