Quietly beautiful, this hidden gem would have pleased Thoreau immensely as one can appreciate nature's transcendental solitude. This place is beautiful. A good looping trail around the pond for hiking, or running. Some Hills but, not too hilly, there are more trails than just the pond loop. Plenty of parking, beach area, dog friendly, and super quiet and serene.
