Magapit suspension bridge is a working bridge along the highway. There is a heavy traffic of vehicles hence be careful when taking a selfie or groupie because of the moving cars.

It is one of the best suit to take a picture here. I love this bridge very much because this is my hometown. And for the information of everyone, it is the longest Suspension Bridge in Asia.

Magapit Bridge is just like other bridges anywhere, but the spectacular view of Cagayan River makes this special. I got here twice when i circumvent North Luzon after leaving Apayao and going to Tuguegarao.

Didn't get to see this bridge in all its glory as passed over in evening, perhaps would look better at sunrise or sunset. But like many other road bridges in the Philippines expect to see people taking pictures, stepping out into highway to get better...More

It's a great and picturesque place for viewing the sunrise/sunset. Volume of vehicles is okay when we visited during the weekdays. Not for those who are easily nauseated/very nervous as the bridge swings a bit - of course it's a suspension bridge.

It was a great experience passing this wonderful man made bridge from area of Lal-lo to the area heading to Ballesteros or North. without this, it'll be so far to travel just to go north or ilocos. being here is one of a kind experience.

Driving by this for the first time was kind of cool since it was a mark of how far we've been traveling and we just started that day. It is a long suspended bridge over the wide Cagayan Valley River. It is the first hanging...More

Everytime we visit my husband's hometown in Lal-lo, Cagayan, we always make it a point to visit Magapit bridge. Halfway across the bridge we would usually stop, go down for some picture takings, or stay by the railings to view Cagayan River specially at sunset....More

Experiencing the bridge was short but meanigful. It was like seeing the San Francisco suspension Bridge of the Americans. It is nearest to the farthest KM marker up North of the Philippines-KM 714.It is an achievement passing thru this way by land after barely 4hours...More
