Visited it and Harvard with my son. You can feel the history and tradition for sure. Great facilities and buildings. They have very high expectation on GPA and SAT scores and their acceptance rate is about 6%.

Be sure to get a campus map because so many streets are one way. But the effort is worth is. A lovely campus.

I was fortunate to be accompanying a student of Yale. He explained that all buildings were built to replicate some meaning. Like one of the buildings was built to replicate a building which was set on fire in London.

Though there is an old campus which is enclosed, a lot of the college buildings are in the city. Somehow, I find that colleges with traditional campus have more character.

It is not the most gorgeous campus I have visited, Smith Swarthmore and Bryn Mawr are way prettier. But it has a few nice buildings.

Needless to say, the Yale campus is exquisite. There is so much history, and the wonderful old stone buildings are a treat for the eyes. I loved just walking around on the campus.

Visited with my son over spring break--the campus was beautiful, but a heavy snowstorm preceding the visit was a damper on the affair. The campus is fantastic, and it was great that he could bring us into his college and show us around.

We've got a friend who's a student so it was extra convenient to meet him and get a guided walk round and "tour." Checked out the library and the school of management...nice cafe...and enjoyed mooching round the buildings and grounds. It reminded me a little bit of a modern Oxford crossed with Harvard and how bad is that. Also went... More

beautiful buildings.. great architecture.. large campus. Art Museum..everything is there, it is sort of one tourist spot rather than a university. I thoroughly enjoyed roaming this place. The library is so big and beautiful. The art museum has no entrance fee, it has 3-4 floors. the museum has gathered really nice sculpture and information from around the world. Don't forget... More
