Batterson Park Pond is best described as a small lake. There is an entrance on Alexander Rd, that is a State boat launch. The state boat launch has several areas to park and enjoy the view

Great pond for fishing and kayaking. No combustion motors allowed in the pond. Fun for droning too..

Nice location to stop by to fish with the kids. Bring your small boat, kayak, or canoe to set sail at their boat launch. Free parking area. Small area to walk to near water.

First of all Batterson Park Pond is in my back yard. If you go to 79 Elm ST in New Britain you will be about 3 miles from the pond, but if you are interested in going there the entrance is off Alexander Rd in...More

Just a nice place to sit near the water and enjoy a quiet moment away from a busy day. Nice area for a picnic also!

Took kids fishing there Saturday. Walked along Bank near boat ramp , counted 20 + dead fish along Bank !! Packed the kids up and left. Does anyone know what is going on ?

Ok place to go for canoeing or other small crafts​. Descent place to take kids fishing. Small parking lot.

Sometimes you need a little space to yourself. Batterson Park is the place for you and you dog to have a little piece of haven in the city! Nice pond great views.
