Mystic Aquarium is always a fun place to come to enjoy all of the cuteness that exists in our world. I always have a good time while visiting. The African Penguins are a hoot. I love watching them... I would be fine with just sitting...More

Had read a few reviews and was expecting a small aquarium with not many exhibits.....but this is actually a good size, well laid out and very eco-friendly. Loved the Beluga whales

We visited the aquarium on a weekend in August. There was a long line to enter, but we were able to bypass it by having purchased the "Sea Everything" pass at Mystic Seaport. The Mystic Aquarium is not huge, but it was well run and...More

Visiting Mystic Aquarium during our annual visit to the grandparents has been a tradition for the last 15 years. Even though my girls are now 18 and 15 years old, we still have a good time visiting the aquarium. My girls are animal lovers, and...More

This is the only aquarium I've been to (and I've been to several - New England, Wood's Hole, Ripley's in both Myrtle Beach and Gatlinburg) that has Beluga Whales! The tank is set up so you can view from both the surface of the water...More

This was a great aquarium, plenty to see. The shows and exhibits were very interesting and well done. Lots of variety. The layout was easy to maneuver. Lucky for us it was a cooler, cloudy day as you do spend a lot of time outside....More

Was disappointed with the size of the place. For the admission price, I expected more. We did enjoy what we did see, just hoped for more.

I would say you are rushing it. At the seaport there are scheduled demo that talk about the building that you are in. At aquarium it also takes all day, if you have kids it will take a bit longer. Hope that helps😊
