Elizabeth Park in Hartford, CT is a gem in the Greater Hartford area. Roses are the main attraction, but the perennial garden and annual garden are very beautiful and well maintained. Visitors will find an oasis here.

I completely agree with the other answers. There would not be a problem including having a meal in the cafe. I have often seen groups of residents from a variety of facilities in the area.
