Ideally located in the rolling Litchfield Hills near scenic two-lane highways, covered bridges, and antique shops. Its bright and airy tasting room and large exterior deck make an excellent place to sit, relax, have a glass of wine and enjoy the company of good friends. The Vineyard is two hours from New York City. A visit to the area with its famous autumn foliage, historic sights and many wineries makes a great day trip.

Stopped at Miranda Vineyard while visiting the area. We were not impressed. The wines were blah, although the staff was nice. She tried... just couldn't make the wine taste better by talking about it.

not the most pleasant tasting as the pourer was not friendly, not informative. She would pour in the order of the list so if you didn't pick the bottle she was pouring she didn't serve you. So you waited till she got to your choice....More

A nice first visit. Well run tasting and pleasant tasting room. Wines have moved up in quality over the years, although the chard was still lacking. Worth a visit with other wineries in the area.

We visited Miranda after going to another winery in the area and were very disappointed all around. We dumped three out of the five wines we tried (they were terrible). The people working there were not knowledgeable about the wine or the place. The live...More

I've been there and found the wines just so so at high prices. It's cheaper to go to a wine & liquor store. I imagine a lot of tourists on the "Wine Trail" stop off at vineyards like this just to get a "buzz" and...More

Great visit. Love the wines----red and white. Friendly welcoming place. Great place to meet up with friends and enjoy your school other and a glass of wine.

We came here as our 4th winery of the day and were pretty happy with this find. This whole area of the state is lovely and this section is no different. The winery itself has a very cozy feeling and the staff is top notch....More

Stopped by while staying at Interlaken for the week-end. Wines were acceptable, gift shop nice, and staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth a stop while in the NW corner of the state.

The wines are great, try his Port style if available. Small intimate vineyard. Lots of events from the farmers market to pig roasts. One of my favorites in the state.

I visited here for a wine tasting, trying to reach a bunch on the wine trail. So far, this could very well be my favorite. I tried all but one white wine, and absolutely loved the Cayuga White. Made sure to get a bottle of...More
