So relaxing, and delightful! I loved the many different options. Also I forgot my wristwatch there and the team was so kind in handling that scenario [I sent them a prepaid label and they took it to the post office and mailed it]. Thank you, Kim!

This place would improve if they did not practice discrimination or at least reimburse if they wont let you in because of discrimination.

Overall, it's a nice setting for a spa. It doesn't offer a huge selection of hot/cold/rest stations, but does have some variety. There are however a few factors that would make me hesitate from returning:
-the cold baths/cold options are too far from the hot areas. Especially in the winter, by the time you walk a couple minutes, you're less inclined to use the cold baths.
-there are only two washrooms (in the change-room, and downstairs in the main building right below the change-room). Despite newly added/renovated areas being added further from the main building, if you need the washroom (or a water fountain), you have to head back here every time. This seems like a major oversight, especially when renovations are ongoing.
-access to the lake in the winter is not safe. At night it is not well illuminated, and the walkway is slippery and eventually, just jagged pieces of ice you have to walk over before even getting to the water.
Of the many spa's we've been to, unfortunately with the current setup, I wouldn't enthusiastically recommend this one.

My partner and I were excited to try this Spa and were very pleased with our couple's massage, they were great!
However, the staff at reception lacks training and are very junior. I had asked if they had a restaurant prior to booking because we wanted to enjoy the whole day and have a great meal, well....I was tole there was a bistro. The so called bistro was a fridge filled with prepared mini wraps and a few salads (extremely ordinary and tasteless and not cheap). Overall, very disappointing and not worth it. There are other Spa in the area which are the same price and offer the real experience. I would never go back, a real waste of money!

We spent a night at the villa in July. I had called earlier about the possibility of checking in earlier as we were arriving on foot. They said it may or may not be possible. We arrived around 2 pm and the girl just said check in is at 4 pm. However she didn't even check if any rooms were already available. We later found out that only one of the 4 rooms was booked the night before so 3 rooms were available for early check in.
We went to the spa and it was pretty average. The river and waterfalls are the highlight with the rest of the spa relatively small and pretty average facilities.
We went to our room around 5 pm. The person bringing us looked very uninterested and borderline bored and gave us a quick tour. In the end we had to share the bathrooms which was not well advertised before. It was a typical hot 30 degree day in July and I was surprised to see there was no air conditioning. So it was 30 degrees or more on the second floor where the bedrooms are. For some reason all the windows were wide open letting in all that hot air. At least if you have no air conditioning then close the windows in the morning to keep the hot air out. So it was a warm night hence did not sleep well at all. In the end a pretty plain room and we noted the floors were not cleaned well. For the price frankly very expensive. I think one would be better off at a local gite or using airbnb.

I am grateful for this wonderful oasis. Everyone is so nice- even if I don’t parlez vous Francais ! I like the tent massages by the creek. The hot tubs are good- it would be good for one of them to be warmer. Very close to upstate Vermont.

I have been going to that place for sometime now and each time is like a first.
It is one of the well kept treasure i Quebec. Everything there is charming. The river is to die for, be summer or any season. Very well kept with services to cater to everyone. I wish there were more than just one steam room which can be crowded at times. Go for the entire day or after 5pm for half price deal. Spa at its best!

This spa is amazing. In beautiful setting surrounded by trees and a waterfall. Stayed at the villa and it was spotless, cozy, and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

I had a weekend overnight stay recently along with some family members, we stayed at the spa Villa. We were warmly greeted & once checked in (our room would only be ready later that day at 4pm) & a quick change of clothes we were given a quick tour of the facility. This spa is smaller than some of the others I have visited, however it makes up in size with its location right alongside the waterfall & river! The views from the saunas with their floor to ceiling windows with water views were superb! I particularly loved the scented dry sauna. I really enjoyed the fact that the hot tubs & pool were not crowded for the most part. The relaxation yurts could use more of the zero gravity chairs, while the bean bag chairs look comfy they are very hard to get into and out of. We all booked services for that afternoon, my facial was by far one of the best I have ever had! I've been to downtown Montreal spas as well as Westmount & the Monkland village spas for facials.......... the all natural products and the experience & skill of my esthetician were outstanding, sorry I don't have her name handy! Later that day we got our room keys to the Villa (shared accommodation) we had booked 2 of the 4 rooms available, we were given a quick tour of the villa, very nice layout, cozy, two story house equipped with all you need. Our rooms were nicely appointed & a very comfortable bed!
My only commentary would be that better attention should be paid to the cleaning of the house, we found the floors dusty with footprints from boots or shoes........beneath the kitchen sink needs some TLC too. Asides from that it was perfect for our brief overnight stay.
The spa itself was very nice & clean for the most part, I did leave some commentary behind upon my departure in the suggestion box stating that the toilet seat in the ladies large stall bathroom needs to be properly fitted onto the toilet. Amenities like you find in other spas such as; q-tips, hand lotion, plastic bags for wet suits/towels are a really nice touch. I'd return for sure!

Nice spa, perfect for a water circuit, 3h enough.
Chair near the river are awesome but the waterfalls are not accessible.
Jöki dry sauna is very good.
If you are close by, you should stop there.
