shallow and clean water, with rock formations you can get on. Easy access just off the road, and the crowd was very mild and respectful. Really enjoyed my time here

We rented a beach bungalow from Astbury for a week. Only 3 bungalows and we stayed in C. Excellent views towards the fantastic clear sea. The bungalow was basic, clean and the location great. Walking distance towards the small village of Es Calo with supermarket, ATM and the fabulous Es Calo restaurant. The busy road nearby can be noisy but at night it is very quiet. Beds in the bungalow way too hard. Beach small but beautiful. Please dear smokers, take your sigaret butts with you instead of putting them in the sand! Formentera is the Maledives of Europe, would be great to keep it that way.…

Great to sit in the sun watching people diving from the rocks around the tiny harbour , surrounded by ancient boat sheds which defy collapse ! The beach about 100 metres away is also excellent and the sea so clear .

Blue blue water! Sandy little beach. There are a couple of restaurants but if doing stop 2 on the island bus tour the supermarket does freshly made sandwiches for a reasonable price. I was suprised that the man preparing the food spoke english in this authentically remote spanish resort. The beach is next to a busy main road so keep any children well under control.…
