This is an exquisite amphitheater right on Vail mountain. I didn't realize before, this is the theater you see from the interstate. It's not very big. You can bring little camp chairs and/or blankets to enjoy whatever performance you've selected. There are concessions of course...More

The iInternational Dance Festival and the Bravo Music Festival at this venue are what makes summer in Vail so special. We love the lawn seats for Bravo, but recommend up close reserved seating for the dance performances. Be warned however that it can get chilly...More

We were not able to go to a concert, but did hear a beautiful one as we walked and rested at stops in the Betty Ford Gardens.

We had seats in the amphitheater which were very comfortable. The sound system, lighting and overall experience was top notch. We were surprised by the fair cost of items at the concession stand. Looking forward to next years shoe schedule.

We have had the privilege to experience many world class amphitheaters and this one is one of the best. Intimate, great acoustics and a wonderful natural mountain setting. We listened to the Philadelphia Orchestra who were wonderful. Any music will be enhanced at this venue.

Like a previous writer, just happened on the Gerald Ford Amphitheater......we caught the Dallas Symphony Orchestra midway thru their 4th of July concert. Theater was completely filled (tickets $29-$144) but we were able to sit on the lawn for FREE. It was the best concert...More
