We went to Sunday 5 PM Mass and had a wonderful experience. The church is beautiful inside and out and is almost like touring art or a museum. The choir was fantastic and so uplifting. The priest's service and homily was great and inspired you to go forth and put the words you heard into action. We were deeply moved and felt so grateful that we had stopped in for their service. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming. We wish we lived here so we could come often. Definitely highly recommend as Sunday service is at 830am and 5pm. Saturday at 5pm. They do have weekday services at other times.

This Roman Catholic Church has been rebuilt several times over the last century. Now it is a beautifully designed structure of native stone, stained glass, and fine woodwork. We didn't get to attend mass, but we were able to enter and light a candle. There were recordings and literature on display that reflected the social justice mission of the congregation. I especially liked the statue of St. Francis of Assisi at the entry. Very inspiring.

I love this church. The first time I visited was 2 months after the death of my father. I felt so welcomed and the Mass was so beautifully celebrated by Fr. Bayer I was emotionally overwhelmed. January 2019 was my second time at the church and the experience was the same. The music is beautifully done and I love how Fr. Bayer gives a brief synopsis of each reading prior to the readings. A beautiful experience in every aspect. It's easy to get to from the bus line as well.

What a blessing in Steamboat Springs. The stained glass windows are a wonder and a joy. My favorite is the window triptych where the different types of people in Steamboat Springs (snowboarder, biker, skier, hiker, dog owner, etc.) are all bowing in awe of Christ. The priest clearly cares about his flock and the community.

The grounds were dirty, the bathrooms were filthy and the staff were extremely rude. When we inquired with the staff about using the bathroom while we were there, they asked us if we were catholic, and told us bathrooms were only for Catholics.

This is one of the most beautiful churches (any denomination) you'll see.

Lots of great stained glass to view.

Even if you are not Catholic, do stop by.

The beauty of this church is absolutely breathtaking! Father spoke eloquently for the homily - and did an enlightening intro to each of the readings which made connections that might have been missed.

A wonderful faith community! The music, the message and obvious outpouring of love for their neighbor left us feeling welcomed and enriched. A wonderful example for all Catholic churches to follow!

We often visit Catholic churches when traveling abroad, but this is a rare American Catholic church that is worth stopping by to see. Inside it is very contemporary but beautifully done.
