Found this resort to be very easy to navigate. We recommend taking the free shuttle to the foot of the gondola and renting your equipment there, which is nominally more/same as other places in town. they will also store your equip overnite. Easier than parking,...More

loved the terrain, the conditions of the mountains, and the entire village. Great food was within walking distance or a short gondola ride away, plus all the free shuttles & free town busses made it easy to go into town for browsing, shopping, dining and...More

I’ve been skiing at Steamboat for over 25 years. Steamboat is laid back, family friendly, and has a nice range of terrain. It’s very large with three peaks, but is fairly easy to get from one side to the other. Several airlines fly here direct...More

Great mountain with so many amenities, friendly staff and amazing runs for all skill levels. I do wish they had some more casual F&B outlets along the way, something simple like Breck has with just a small tent with grill servings snacks and beverages. It's...More

The mountain is so easy to ski. The blue runs are like green runs. The mountain isn't large but gives you planet of runs to keep you busy. Snow is needed but that isn't Steamboat's fault. Steamboat does need to make snow every night until...More

I chose this resort after doing a ton of research on various ski resorts in Colorado and New Mexico - we're a family of five with one skier and four complete novices. I wanted a resort that would offer a great experience for my seasoned...More

This place ruined my travel due to the staff who enjoyed bullying my children. The resort has a culture of poor customer service and I advise anyone that is traveling with a family to find another destination!

The real deal!! What a mountain! And what a terrific town—- we just experienced winter carnival fireworks and they were tremendous!

First time at Steamboat in nearly 20 years and the ski hill remains great. The base area needs a facelift though, and hopefully new resort owners willi nvest in it.

Cool town with a really laid back atmosphere. Skiing is Ok but if you are just coming for that pay the extra $ and go to Vail!

If I recall from a trip to Steamboat a few years back, we had an excellent (Valentine's) dinner AT the Steamboat Grand...I would bet money that there is steak on the menu. Only other place I can speak to is the 8th Street... More

You can get a good steak at 3Peaks Grlll and you could walk--a little distance but not too far. Truffled Pig might also have steaks and that is just across from the Grand.
